How remote support works without seeing your data
- Metrics only, never content. We receive health and performance signals: is it up, is it fast, is it storing documents correctly. This is a contractual guarantee, not just a setting.
- Outbound-only. Your equipment reaches out to us. We can’t reach into your network uninvited. No inbound ports are opened at your site.
- Least privilege. Our access reaches only the system’s administration functions, and only when needed.
- You hold the kill switch. You can revoke our access at any moment.
