How we size it
No two firms need the same machine, so we don’t sell one size. In the Assessment we size the appliance to your actual workload: how many people use it at once, how large your document set is, and how capable a model your work calls for. Most small and mid-size firms run comfortably on a single-appliance build. Larger or multi-office firms scale to a higher-capacity build with more memory and more concurrent users, without changing how the system is run or supported. Whichever size fits, it’s the same system underneath, and you get a firm specification and a fixed price before you commit to anything.
